STACBOND has implemented the STACBOND RECYCLING programme, a waste material collection system to reduce the environmental footprint of its products as much as possible. To this end, we reuse the same pallets on which the shipments are made and, beyond these transport elements, we use the surplus material in the production and installation of panels for the manufacture of new products.

Giving aluminium composite panels a second life

STACBOND recycles and reuses the aluminium composite material that is discarded during manufacturing before being used in the panels that are finally marketed. Both the core and the aluminium are reintroduced back into the production process, closing the cycle. In this way, we promote the circular economy and give a new opportunity to the raw materials we use, avoiding unnecessary waste.
